Shauna Sanford gives us a front row seat at the Robinson Film Center in Shreveport which debuted earlier this year. History and mystery dominate this week’s “What’s in a Name?” segment from Charlie Whinham as he travels to a former state capitol, Donaldsonville. And Donna LaFleur introduces us to a Louisiana yo-yo devotee and former national yo-yo champion.

INAUGURATION 2008 - Louisiana Public Broadcasting provided live coverage of the inauguration of Governor Bobby Jindal on Monday, January 14. Louisiana: The State We're In Managing Editor Robyn Ekings, Producer Charlie Whinham and LPB President/CEO Beth Courtney anchored the coverage from the State Capitol in Downtown Baton Rouge. In addition to the Governor, the other statewide elected officials and the Legislature were sworn in at the event.
